      The inability to completely empty your bladder is referred to as urinary retention, it is characterized by a poor urinary stream with intermittent flow, straining, a sense of incomplete voiding or hesitancy. For more than 20 years, B. Braun has helped people with urinary disorders to cope with their condition.

      Urinary retention can be caused by an obstruction in the urinary tract or by neurological problems that interfere with signals between the brain and the bladder. An effective solution may be the intermittent urinary catheterization, which can be done yourself or another person.

      Self-catheterization for an independent active life
